  18. This license applies to the standard-licensed version of Registry Clean Expert
  19.  (the product). If you have an evaluation version of the product, see 
  20. the section titled <a href="#Registry Clean Expert Evaluation License">Registry Clean Expert Evaluation License</a>.<br>

  22. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using, 
  23. installing or distributing the product. Unless you have a different license 
  24. agreement signed by iExpert Software, your use, distribution, or installation

  28. of each Licensed Copy of the product. For purposes of this License, if you have 
  29. a valid single-copy license, you have the right to use a single "Licensed Copy"

  31. then you or your organization have/has the right to use up to a number of 
  32. "Licensed Copies" of the product equal to the number of copies indicated in the 
  33. documents issued by iExpert Software when granting the license.<br>

  38. Each Licensed Copy of the product may only be used on one computer. If you have 
  39. multiple computers, you need purchase multiple licenses of the product to use 
  40. the product on multiple computers.<br>

  42. Each Licensed Copy may be accessed through a network, provided that you have 
  43. purchased rights to use a Licensed Copy for each workstation that will access 
  44. the product through the network. For instance, if 8 different workstations will 
  45. access the product on the network, you must purchase rights to use 8 Licensed 
  46. Copies of the product, regardless of whether the 8 workstations will access the 
  47. product at different times or concurrently.<br>

  49. All rights of any kind in the product which are not expressly granted in this 
  50. License are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by iExpert Software. You 
  51. may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, 
  52. disassemble, or create derivative works based on the product. <br>

  58. and materials, are distributed and provided "AS IS" and with no warranties of

  61. tested with non-critical data before you rely on it, and you hereby assume the 
  62. entire risk of using the program. This disclaimer of warranty constitutes an 
  63. essential part of this License. Any liability of iExpert Software will be 
  64. limited exclusively to refund of purchase price, if any. <br>

  109. anyone, except for the purpose of extending their 15-day evaluation period;<br>
